Beautiful staff and food, a wonderful stay on vacation.

I came here for 3 nights and had a relaxing stay. The hotel was luxurious, and I loved attentive staff and cool room.

There were very good staff and food for a GREAT stay for a nice Chat with us. Generally everything was good, but the bathroom was very dirty.

Professional staff, new-fashioned room, in general I truly enjoyed this ideal hotel. Booked a room with absolutely breathtaking views of the ocean. The staff helped me with everything. The location was favourable, just a short stroll away from a dinner theater.

Loved hotel' s staff and location, had a perfectly pleasant stay on vacation. The restaurant was good for that many guests, I tried delicious dishes. It was spotless with comfortable beds and fairly clean bathroom. They had an early check-in.

The place was clean and most enjoyable, it had terrific staff with a manager. I had spicy food for breakfast at the Grill. This hotel was set in an central area short walk to local nightlife and the beach and airport.

Liked the hotel, it is magnificent and fairly clean, has ideal location near to the airport. Fast staff members were with champagne.

Lots of options for breakfast in the cafe. Had well-appointed room with incredible panoramic views for a very very good stay for a hotel with a pool more aligned to our preferences next time.

Everything was impressive, including food and rooms, its very good wi-fi. I loved sitting in the a la carte restaurant for dinner.

It was neat and modern place, exquisite rooms. Informative staff that were eager to help to us.

In a fab position with a panoramic sea view. The room was very pretty, upscale, luxurious bathroom. Exceptionally clean and sweet hotel in Zona Hotelera district. Very frendly crew, individual service🙂

i loved the superb location and the staff was absolutely excellent. bedroom was fine. that was fab hotel set in resort area. it offered first-class service and healthy food too.

Truly wonderful location, fine breakfast and extremely welcoming people. Swim-up bar was relaxing and super clean. A mall and a market were right next door. Also, it was within a 10 minute walk from H Roof

We spent our evenings in nearby vicente asador de brasa enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

Decent place for exploring Cancun. It was an attractive hotel, we really loved it. Its staff was helpful & friendly. Terrace available in the room. Its food was exceptional, with good choice of meals.

Breakfast was complimentary, staff was helpful. A view of the sea from our window. Hotel's position near to H Roof and easy connection to Torta Brava.
